This site is a personal portfolio run by Nikodem Lokatelj, an individual based in Slovenia (EU). It doesn't run ads, doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies, and doesn't collect personal data through any form. The sections below explain the few ways your data can still reach this site or the services it links to.

Hosting & server logs

Like most web hosts, this site's hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, for security and operational purposes. This site itself does not access or process that data beyond what's needed to keep it online.

Fonts

The typeface used on this site (Source Sans Pro) is hosted locally on this server. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts or any other font CDN, so your browser doesn't contact a third party just to load the page.

Links to other sites

The game sections on the homepage show artwork and a link button (such as "Wishlist on Steam" or "Buy on Steam"), not a live embed. Nothing is requested from Steam's servers until you click through. Steam links include standard tracking parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so I can see in Steam's own dashboard how many visits came from this site. These don't set any cookie or store anything here, they're just extra text in the URL. This site also links out to Discord, X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, and itch.io. Clicking any of these takes you to that service's own site, governed by its own privacy policy. Nothing about your visit here is shared with them until you click through.
